Pharmacy Procurement and Goods In Assistant

Duties will include, but not be limited to: Generating and transmitting orders to suppliers Reconciling invoices Receiving stock and putting it away Filing of associated paperwork Communicating with suppliers/colleagues using the telephone, emails or face to face Using web-based supplier catalogues and ordering systems Using pharmacy software, printers and IT equipment Identifying problem products and escalating to the relevant team Attending team meetings Following all departmental and Trust policies and procedures
