Salary About the Role
As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for all Pharmacy staff for guidance and advice on a day to day basis in our OPD Newcastle.
You will quickly become an integral part of the team, with a large part of your week spent coaching and mentoring staff members. Your goal will always be to create a culture of high performance by managing the customer and patient experience to ensure that you and the pharmacy team provide an excellent customer experience.
With the assistance of the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the efficient delivery of the pharmacy dispensing service and take responsibility and accountability in delivering contractual requirements including KPI’s and governance standards.
