- registration with the GPhC
- experience of a clinical hospital Pharmacy Technician are required
- will include assessing patients own medications, undertaking construction of accurate drug histories, supplying required medications to assigned wards, preparing medications for discharge including counselling of patients.
- Dispensary based duties to include accuracy checking on the ACT bench, dispensing medications for discharges and ensuring supplies of medications are sent to the wards in a timely manner.
