The role
The Governors of Beamont Primary Academy would like to appoint an outstanding and inspirational teacher who is ready to take their next step in leadership development to our staff team on a permanent basis starting September 2024. Applications are invited from enthusiastic and innovative teachers, who believe they are ready to take on the role of Phase Leader with a TLR. The Phase Leader role and teaching position will be in Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate should be inspirational classroom practitioners with the drive and determination to make a difference to our children.
