Phase Leader for Early Years Foundation Stage - Muxton Primary School

Permanent Position - Required from September 2024

MPS/UPS + TLR2 (£3214)

The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Leader for our Early Years Foundation Stage. 

The successful candidate will:

• Be an experienced and inspiring teacher, with a passion for children’s learning and development in the Early Years
• Use creative and innovative approaches to shaping the EYFS curriculum to meet the needs of all children
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with children, parents/carers and all other stakeholders across the school and wider community
• Apply skills and experience to work strategically when leading change, through robust systems of planning, monitoring and evaluation
• Work as a highly effective member of our Senior Leadership Team
• Clearly demonstrate the skills necessary to motivate, guide and support other colleagues towards continued school improvement
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to listen, reflect, share and communicate ideas effectively 
• Excellent organisational and management skills
• High levels of enthusiasm and energy to lead and motivate the EYFS team
• High levels of self- motivation and resilience during times of challenge

Closing Date: Midday on Thursday 11^th April 2024   

Visits to candidates’ current settings: Week beginning Monday 15^th April 2024

Interview Date: Monday 22^nd April 2024
