Charity People are working in partnership with the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served.
We are looking for a Senior Donor Relationship Manager responsible for Mid-level donors, Major Donors and Trusts and Foundations. You will lead a team dedicated to forging strong connections. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in their recently launched fundraising strategy, focusing on unsolicited philanthropic donations, and driving the success of our Mid Value donor programme.
You'll have the opportunity to innovate and create new working methodologies that align with our fundraising strategy. Your strategic prowess will be crucial in meeting and exceeding income and expenditure targets, contributing to the success.
Leading a dedicated Donor Relationship team, you'll inspire, manage, and develop individuals to make impactful contributions. Your role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, maximizing engagement opportunities, and overseeing compliance with ethical fundraising policies. With a focus on data-driven insights and a commitment to our shared values.
You will also be part of a wider supportive senior management group. The charity aims to support people and their well-being, with a package including generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions, and a range of optional benefits and discounts.
Your excellent people management skills and solid trust fundraising experience will be your key to success in this role.
