Philanthropy Stewardship Coordinator (Admin)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Philanthropy Stewardship Coordinator to join us and play an important role in making sure our supporters receive an exceptional experience.

In this varied and interesting role you will be supporting the Philanthropy Team including Major/Mid-level Donors, Trusts, Gifts in Wills and the soon to be launched Capital Campaign.

You will support cross-departmental meetings, schedule base visits, support the planning and delivery of special events, help manage the Philanthropy database and coordinate the Philanthropy Team's mailings. You will send out ad-hoc communications to supporters such as thank you letters and responses to enquiries and will liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills are essential in this role as you build relationships with volunteers and supporters and gain an understanding of their needs. You will have strong administration and IT skills with the ability to maintain records and produce clear written and oral reports.

This role will be worked a minimum of 3 days a week from our Norwich office and up to 2 days a week from home. The exact days worked in the office will be agreed with the successful candidate, but you must live within a commutable distance of our Norwich office
