PHLEBOTOMIST VACANCY – PART TIME (NEGOTIABLE)

Lovemead Group Practice, Roundstone Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a Phlebotomist to join our expanding nursing team. The post-holder will provide accessible, prompt and professional health care for patients attending our Surgery.

As a Phlebotomist, you will be working under the direct supervision of our Nurse Manager and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols. The post-holder will be responsible for performing venepuncture to obtain blood samples from patients as the result of a direct referral from a clinician. This role will also require taking blood pressures from patients.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping to raise awareness of health and well-being to our patients.

This is a part-time position, and hours are negotiable.
