Phlebotomist

Job Description:

Heart of Bath are looking for a Full or Part time Phlebotomist to join our friendly team.

The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection of blood samples for laboratory testing.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Prepare specimens for testing by collecting needed blood samples, taking the vitals needed and interpreting the results in a timely manner.
Process, store and report samples in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and premises.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (flexible hours).

Skills & Experience:

Phlebotomy Experience
Experience of SystmOne is beneficial but training will be provided.
Strong verbal skills and customer service attitude.
Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £11.44 per hour
