Our client, a prominent healthcare institution in South Essex, is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomy Receptionist to join their growing team.
Duties:
* Greet patients, efficiently book them in, and offer guidance on specimens and samples.
* Direct patients within the hospital, assist the Phlebotomy team, and maintain a positive image in person and over the phone.
* Ensure effective reception service during operating hours
* Contribute to a positive and friendly environment for patients and visitors.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles.
* Basic CPR and First Aid certification.
* GCSE/O Level in Maths and English.
* Proficient in IT skills, including Word and Excel.
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Must own a car.
Working Hours:
* Operates from 7.00 a.m.
to 8.00 p.m.
* Rotates for Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday shifts.
