Job Description: Photocopier Service Engineer
Location: West London / City / Berkshire
Concept are seeking an experienced Photocopier Service Engineer to join a developing team and provide exceptional technical support and maintenance for a wide range of photocopier devices. The ideal candidate should have expertise In handling Xerox, Canon and Ricoh devices and posses a strong understanding of print management solutions such as Papercut and Uniflow.
Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure and set up photocopier devices, including Xerox, Canon and Ricoh models at client sites within and around the West London Area - please note you must be flexible and happy to cover into the City / Berkshire and surrounds
2. Perform regular maintenance and preventive services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of photocopier devices.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
4. Repair and replace defective components or parts, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
5. Conduct equipment testing and quality checks to ensure adherence to performance standards.
6. Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs and maintenance activities, accurately documenting parts used and work performed.
7. Provide technical training and support to clients on proper use and maintenance of photocopier devices.
8. Stay up to date with latest technological advancements and industry trends related to photocopier devices and print management solutions.
9. Collaborate with the service team to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Photocopier Engineer, preferably with focus on Xerox devices.
2. Strong technical knowledge of photocopier hardware, software and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Familiarity with print management solutions such as Papercut and Uniflow would be advantageous.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Excellent customer service skills with friendly and professional approach.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel not just within the West London Area.
