Job Description: Photocopier Service Engineer
Location: West London / City / Berkshire
Concept are seeking an experienced Photocopier Service Engineer to join a developing team and provide exceptional technical support and maintenance for a wide range of photocopier devices. The ideal candidate should have expertise In handling Xerox, Canon and Ricoh devices and posses a strong understanding of print management solutions such as Papercut and Uniflow.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and set up photocopier devices, including Xerox, Canon and Ricoh models at client sites within and around the West London Area - please note you must be flexible and happy to cover into the City / Berkshire and surrounds
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of photocopier devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Repair and replace defective components or parts, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Conduct equipment testing and quality checks to ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs and maintenance activities, accurately documenting parts used and work performed.
- Provide technical training and support to clients on proper use and maintenance of photocopier devices.
- Stay up to date with latest technological advancements and industry trends related to photocopier devices and print management solutions.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photocopier Engineer, preferably with focus on Xerox devices.
- Strong technical knowledge of photocopier hardware, software and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with print management solutions such as Papercut and Uniflow would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with friendly and professional approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel not just within the West London Area.
