SalaryWe are currently working on behalf of out trusted client who are looking for a PHP Developer. Join our client, a leading player in the pet health services and insurance industry, as they aim to secure the coveted position of the UK's #1 Pet Insurer.
What You Can Expect
- Work Type - Contract - 6 months.
- Salary - £65k
- Location - Borehamwood (Hybrid - once a week in the office)
Main Responsibilities as a PHP Developer
- Maintain legacy code base.
- Develop API end points to fulfil frontend data requirements.
- Developing unit tests and testing procedures for business logic.
- Cross collaborates across departments to ensure a streamlined workflow.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proficient in PHP 7.x development.
- Skilled in working with MVC frameworks.
- Experienced in creating web services utilizing SOAP/XML and REST/JSON.
- Competent in Linux server setup and LAMP configuration.
- Familiarity with Azure platform.
