Php Developer

PHP Developer required for a successful business with global platforms, offering Hybrid Working, paying up to £50K + Benefits

This is a mostly remote role - looking at only one day a month, perhaps once every two months - however we do want people who are willing to be in an office if it works for the project and team to collaborate, so a sensible commute is preferred. (Not in the office "just because")

As PHP Developer you will need to be strong in Laravel (Or Symfony would also be great), using up-to-date PHP and a real focus and interest in ensuring high quality, well tested solutions.

This is not essential however if you were someone who was interested in, or experienced in, Automation Testing and/or DevOps, this is something you would absolutely have an opportunity to utilise that in this role. They're doing extremely well so further investment in this area is imminent.

Areas you’ll need to be strong in:

· PHP Development

· Laravel and/or Symfony Frameworks

· Strong experience with API development

· MySQL, AWS - opportunity to work on Enterprise AWS & Serverless Architecture

· Testing – Unit, Automated, API

· Further investment will be in IaC, CI / CD and Event Driven Architecture

· If you like to work with Frontend technologies, that would be JavaScript & TypeScript
