Job Title: Physical Education Specialist
Location: Lamledge School, Shifnal
Salary: GBP27,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term, Term Time Only (6 months but there is potential for a permanent role following this)
Must be UK based.

Duties
In line with the school mission statement, to effectively manage and teach a group of students. To provide good channels of communication between the school, parents, carers, residential staff and relevant multi-agencies. To be responsible for planning and implementing a curriculum based on the scheme of work devised by the school. To deliver accredited courses. To plan for a wide range of ability so that all students, as far as possible, reach their potential. To create a well ordered, calm environment which is stimulating and purposeful for all students.About us
Lamledge School provides specialist education to pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. We are within a commutable distance of Telford, Dudley, Stourbridge, Shrewsbury, Stone, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding towns. We are looking to expand our staff team and we hope that we can find the perfect person to join the Lamledge team.
We are a small school on the outskirts of Shifnal with stunning grounds and rolling countryside surrounding us. Our staff are dedicated to delivering education in a therapeutic and trauma informed way.
