The person will be assisting the team in managing the Access Control requests through Service Now and team email. They will also support with investigations and checking third part work invoices match the work carried out and not duplicated.
Key responsibilities will include:
- You’ll be supporting our Physical Security Department, in the protection of their properties and our assets;
- Ensuring minimise risk and reduce loss across the locations and supply chain;
- Sharing in the responsibility for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the Physical Security systems and related compliance requirements;
- Assisting with the integration, administration, and development of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, video intercom systems, turnstiles, and related software applications;
- Support overall security set up with preventive maintenance to reduce downtime for systems and devices Assisting with technical support, administration of KPI for contracted guard services;
- Ability to manage workloads and priorities;
- Good attention to detail The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team;
- Work in confidence in a sometimes-high pressured environment;
- A detailed understanding of CCTV and Access Control systems;
- Specific training will be given but any past experience in a similar healthcare security environment would be a massive plus.
