We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join a modern and innovative school in the Watford area. If you have a strong background teaching the Science curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students explore the wonders of science, we would love to hear from you.

The Role and the Ideal Candidate:
ü Develop meticulously crafted lesson plans that align seamlessly with the school’s academic curriculum.
ü Cultivate an atmosphere of intellectual curiosity, encouraging active participation and critical thought.
ü Execute purposeful laboratory experiments and demonstrations to deepen students’ comprehension of complex physics concepts.
ü Employ a comprehensive assessment strategy, utilizing quizzes, tests, and projects to gauge and enhance student progress.
ü Establish clear lines of communication with parents/guardians, providing insightful feedback on student performance.
Desirable qualifications:
ü A Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field.
ü Possession of state teaching certification or equivalent.
ü Proven experience in the instruction of physics, particularly at KS3/5.
ü Demonstrated proficiency in remaining abreast of contemporary educational methodologies, technological advancements, and academic resources.
ü Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
