An outstanding secondary school in Hounslow are looking for a qualified Physics Teacher to join their school on full-time permanent contract from September 2024. 

The Role

In this role you will be teaching Physics from KS3 – KS5. You will join a supportive and dynamic Science Department which benefit from the school’s Mathematics & Science Specialism with 15 modern and well-equipped laboratories. Computers in multiple laboratories and mobile wireless laptops with data-logging facilities places the Science Department at the cutting edge of science information technology. 

At Key Stage 3, pupils are given a solid foundation in the Science National Curriculum which is developed further at GCSE when alternative courses are available, including Separate Sciences. Many students take Physics, Chemistry and Biology at 'A' Level achieving above average grades. The school also offers a BTEC in applied science which you will be involved in teaching.

This is full-time position starting in September 2024. ECT induction can be provided within this role.
