North Bristol Trust (NBT), University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) and Sirona care & health are pleased to be working in collaboration to recruit the Physiotherapists of our future.
All roles available are Rotational Physiotherapy posts enabling you to build your knowledge, skills and experience in a variety of settings.

Based at various locations around the BNSSG region, you will be responsible for a busy physiotherapy case-load, working within experienced and supportive teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
To act as an autonomous Physiotherapist practitioner, providing assessment and treatment, and managing your own patient caseload within a speciality team, with the support and mentoring of Senior
Physiotherapists.
For rotational posts, staff will rotate to different clinical areas across the region. Each rotation will have clear learning objectives to consolidate and build on graduate skills and academic knowledge.
To plan and prioritise your own workload, delegating tasks as appropriate and communicating progress with the multi-disciplinary team.
To supervise and train students as required.
To communicate effectively with patients and carers to progress treatment programmes and provide reassurance.
Use clinical reasoning and treatment skills to deliver personalised treatment plans based on evidence based practice.
Maintain accurate patient records in line with guidelines
