Shift Patterns: Variable shift patterns across 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
Placement length: 3 months+
Rate: £26.16ph, £51,012.00p/a

Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencED and energetic individual to work within the ED and Acute Medical therapy team at Chelsea and Westminster hospital. This role is suitable for someone who has done the core rotations of physiotherapy at a Band 7 level and be able to consolidate those skills together to provide complex discharge planning in a high paced environment, alongside supporting junior staff. There will be exposure to a range of medical conditions and presentations and the role will cover across ED, the Emergency Observation unit and Acute Assessment Unit.
The post holder will be a clearly identifiable senior clinical staff member. They will have significant clinical experience, provide sound clinical expertise to their team and more junior staff and coordinate and deliver high quality care. They will be a role model for expert clinical care, and lead on specific projects / service developments and management functions as delegated by the Clinical Lead therapists. They will role model the Trust values at all times.
Your role will see you working in hospital clinics providing life-changing treatment, support, and care for patients of all ages who have difficulties with communication.
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team of Therapists, Doctors, Nurses and Psychologists to achieve the very best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject such as (Biology, Psychology or Linguistics)
* At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
* 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
* You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
Essential Criteria
- HCPC registration
* Respiratory, neurology, trauma and frailty orthopaedic experience
* Discharge planning
