Our clients' services are highly specialised, but highly varied, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions and symptoms, including brain injury, spinal injuries, PDOC, progressive conditions and stroke. Whether providing short-term specialist rehabilitation to increase people's independence, long-term complex care, or end-of-life care, they respond to the needs of each and every individual.
They are looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team to ensure that the delivery of Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs. Working alongside a multidisciplinary Neurocare team upholding the values of our client .
Working Pattern: 40 Hours Per Week
Their bespoke neurocare and rehabilitation services are provided in an elegant home-from-home environment, and are designed around the needs and goals of each person. They do not place a limit on the possibility of recovery; they understand that every person is different.
Their specialist service in Worcester is a stylish, modern environment which opened in 2020. In a quiet residential location, it is surrounded by peaceful gardens and pathways. Up to 43 people enjoy spacious ensuite rooms, comfortable shared lounge and dining areas, sleek glass balconies looking onto the Brook, and a state-of-the-art physiotherapy gym.

Required -
Experience of a specialist neurological care environment.
Possess relevant qualifications to work as a physiotherapist.
Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals
Excellent verbal communicating skills to clearly share information with patients and fellow employees.
Strong analytical skills to correctly diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs
