We're on the lookout for 2 enthusiastic and diligent Picker/Packers to fill key positions in night and afternoon shifts. If you're a night owl or prefer the late-day hustle, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Role Overview:

As a Picker/Packer, you'll dive into the heart of warehouse operations. Your primary mission will be to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipping with the utmost accuracy and speed, directly contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to demonstrate their efficiency and attention to detail, even during the quieter hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking goods based on customer orders, ensuring each item meets quality standards.
• Efficiently packing orders, securing goods to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
• Stock replenishment and inventory checks, assisting in keeping an accurate count of all goods.
• Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Shift Patterns:

Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
Afternoon Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM#
Pay rate:

£10.42 -£11 per hour. Weekly pay! Rates will increase after 1st of April.

Ideal Candidate:

• No previous experience necessary – just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift and move stock safely.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
