Picker/Packer Warehouse Operative

Our client is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of high end stationery and materials. They supply to retailers, universities, key accounts throughout the UK and Europe.They currently have a vacancy for a picking and packing Warehouse Operative to work in their depot near Cowfold.Tasks will be to pick items from their warehouse using a PDA handheld scanner system and then packing them in boxes or pallets or collection and delivery to customers throughout the UK.Hours are 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (40 hour week) with overtime opportunities and 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 5 years employment).This is a lively, positive company, keen to offer long term, steady employment with opportunities to enhance your skills and progress if desired.Due to location and poor public transport, own transport will be essential.Immediate interviews.
