Picking Operative

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Billingham area.
MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in warehouse environment and wrapping products ready for dispatch.

The Role:

·Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets

·Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor

·Use of cherry pickers

·Picking and packing orders

·Allocation of parts into required boxes or stillages

·Strict adherence to health and safety regulations

The Person:

·Someone with a can do attitude

·Must be flexible to work overtime

·Physically fit as manual handling is present in the role along with heavy lifting
