What does success look like in this role?
- Delivering an outstanding service and creating a memorable customer journey.
- Handling all customer queries effectively and efficiently, always providing guidance and reassurance.
- Establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.
- Being present with your team on the shop floor when appointments aren't busy.
What would you like from me?
- A minimum of 1.5 years piercing in a studio environment.
- Excellent communication skills & a resourceful attitude.

Part time, base line £16 per hour + commission
