You will have an excellent customer service attitude and good working practises with food hygiene and health and safety and will possess the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

Our cutting-edge outdoor complex at our flagship park Robin Hood, is on-track to open Easter 2024. This vibrant entertainment village, features innovative repurposed shipping containers, hosting a Pizza Kitchen, Dessert Parlour, bar and outdoor stage. Nestled beneath a stylish canopy, it offers a modern and practical setting for an unparalleled expereince. This role is to join the Food & Beverage Manager, in working across out food and drink outlets at our outside complex. These include; Dessert Parlour, Pizza Kitchen and Bar.

As a Bar and Catering Assistant you are responsible for:

Business:

• Providing an outstanding experience in either our Bar, Dessert Parlour or Pizza Kitchen, ensuring great service, high quality products offered and consistency in your approach.
• Take accurate orders, Cook, Prepare and Serve food orders, in either the Pizza Kitchen or Dessert Parlour.
• Ensure portion sizes are correct and following standard procedures.
• Offering a clean and safe environment for all.
• Recognise dissatisfaction and deal with complaints speedily and with empathy resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
• Ensure a robust knowledge of all products provided,
• To deliver food promptly, to serve customers in a professional manner, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned accurately to the correct safety standards.
• Operating the till system in an efficient and accurate manner
• Take a proactive approach to the Health and Safety of yourself, fellow Team Members and customers.
• Sufficient in stock rotation and management.

Guests:

• Ensuring all guests are given a warm welcome and a first-class service, giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.
• Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement

• Hours will be flexible depending on the time of year (seasonal)

Experience:

• Similar, or previous experience is desried, full regulated training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Food preperation expereicne is essential for this role.
