Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute breakfast menus
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Manage cooking stations efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of breakfast orders
- Adapt to special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences when possible
- Contribute to menu development and participate in kitchen staff meetings
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and a passion for creating diverse and delicious dishes
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
