Job Title:Systems Analyst - Planisware
Location: Cambridge, UK - Tuesday-Thursday on-site
Contract: 12M
Hours: 37.5 p/w
Pay: £375 per day via Umbrella inside IR35

They has operations in more than 35 countries world-wide, with headquarters in California, USA and UK head office Cambridge.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Planisware and PMO Support Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Planisware and supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) functions.
Responsibilities:
Planisware (25%)
- Demonstrate a strong technical proficiency with Planisware.
- Provide support for the Planisware system and associated processes within the Development organization.
- Manage the portfolio-level planning cycle in Planisware.
- Review and oversee Assets and Products in Planisware.
- Establish effective communication channels with other teams involved in the Planisware Capability Support function.
- Support and drive the Change Control process for both technical elements and Business Processes.
PMO (75%)
- Showcase an advanced level of MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Work independently, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks simultaneously within tight timelines.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of PMO experience at the Senior Analyst level.
- Prepare templates and tools in MS programs.
- Experience with SharePoint, including permissions, document management, etc.
- Ability to build new SharePoint sites and update existing ones.
Desirable / Essential Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Project Management experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding of processes within regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.).
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 is desirable.
- A degree in a scientific field is beneficial.
- Experience in risk management.
- Experience in change management.
