SalaryElevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable, local provider of affordable housing & not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to join the Technical team on a long term contract basis.
You will provide client side delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts associated with Decent Homes, Decarbonisation, and Retro-fit works.
Ensuring that Planned works are completed within agreed timescales, quality standard and budgetary requirements by close management of appointed contractors, regular site inspections and a commitment to provide tenants and customers the best service possible.
