This exciting new position as a Planning and Fulfilment Co-ordinator offers more than just a job it will offer you a career. It s a company that is looking for its next Head of Logistics and ultimately to become a Director of the business.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, positive, and highly commercial Planning Co-ordinator for a design manufacturing company based in Northampton. You will need to be career focussed and have strong administration, Planning and Fulfilment experience who is a professional and focussed team player.
You will be working closely with the project and manufacturing team to ensure that installations are delivered on time and to very high standards you will need to ensure that this is working within budgets and that dealt with in a proactive way.

About the Job:
- Overseeing the Planning and Fulfilment of installations UK wide
- Managing the installation team diary
- Briefing on requirements for the installations
- Negotiating with sub-contractors and fitting teams
- Liaise with contractors on site.
- Invoicing and associated complex administration.
- Ensuring schedule is on time and to budget
- Booking of deliveries into and out of the warehouse
About you:
- Strong communicator, organiser with strong attention to detail
- Highly numerate and strong IT skills including excel
- Co-ordinator who has strong problem-solving skills
- Career motivated and a desire to become the next Head of Logistics
- Driving License and Car
