Planning Assistant

Job Purpose

The Supply Planning Assistant plays a crucial role within the business and provides support to the wider Motoring Service Supply Team with queries on stock and intake management & key administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact for container scheduling with our Freight Forwarders and Distribution partner.
• Assist and Support Supply team & garages with ad hoc stock requests.
• Run and prepare sales and stock reports.
• Assist the team to manage the ordering process, including liaising with Vendors and DC teams.
• Support team with department KPI’s.
