SalaryAn excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a fantastic global firm in their Planning and Infrastructure team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high-performing, top-ranked Legal 500 team. The team is one of the largest planning teams in the UK, with specialists covering a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors.
*The salary displayed in the ad is for candidates based in London; salaries will vary for Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds*
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales or Common Jurisdiction.
- Previous Planning experience 2+ PQE
- Experience with a focus on all or any of the Planning Act 2008,the Transport and Works Act 1993, The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review.
- Strong academics.
- Excellent understanding of English planning system.
- Ability to give practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
