What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on the regulatory consents required for infrastructure projects and develop strategies for their seamless execution.
- Consenting Process Expertise: Navigate the consenting process under various regulatory regimes in Ireland, including Gas Acts, Maritime Area Consent legislation, and the Roads Acts.
- Environmental Compliance: Conduct a thorough review of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Natural Impact Statements, providing clients with advice on statutory compliance.
- Due Diligence Mastery: Undertake planning and environmental due diligence, reviewing data rooms, and preparing reports to assist the Corporate Group on M&A projects.
- Legal Analysis: Analyze planning permissions, Opinions, and Certificates of Compliance with Planning, collaborating with colleagues for seamless coordination.
- Litigation Insight: Provide advice on the judicial review process, prosecuting or defending judicial review proceedings, and defending planning and environmental prosecutions.
- General Legal Counsel: Offer general planning and environmental law advice, including planning exemptions, compliance, interpretation of planning legislation, and relevant case law.
- High-Impact Deals: Work on substantial, complex, high-value, and international deals that will challenge and elevate your skills.
About You:
