Planning Lawyer
Remote or Hybrid Working
Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Planning Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis. Part-time or full-time working hours will be considered.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be able to undertake this position on a remote or hybrid basis.
Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:
- S106 Agreements
- Review of template agreements
- Review of historic agreements
- Liaising with external lawyers re. enquiries
- Providing advice to planning officers
Experience required for the Planning Lawyer:
- Qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive
- Experience in advising on a range of planning matters, and dealing with planning agreements
