Planning & Logistics Administrator

Moray House, Elgin, Scotland

Full Time, 12 months Fixed Term Contract

End Date to Apply: 27th Feb'2024

The Role:

  • As part of the Production Planning and logistics team, the role manages malt and barley movements across maltings and distilleries.
  • Ensures that the malt allocation to distilleries is managed from both internal and 3rd party maltings. Reconciliation of stock levels against usage. Update the maltings plan based on the production plan for distilleries and update after changes.
  • Process invoices for suppliers and updating systems regularly.

About You:

  • Experience working in FMCG/Manufacturing environment or similar fields.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good planning skills - ability to handle workloads, accomplish tasks, collaborate with others.
  • Ability to deal with internal as well as external customers and suppliers.
  • Good excel and system skills essential.
