£35-£45p/h umbrella - Rate Dependant Upon Experience

My south-west based client are looking for an experienced Planning Policy professional to assist with important work on the local plan.
 
·         Remote-based / office attendance for important meetings every 2-3 weeks
·         Candidates who can offer 4 or 5 working days per week will be considered (no less)
 
You must:
-          Have a town planning qualification and (preferably) are members of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
-          Have worked in planning for a number of years (though not necessarily for decades).
-          Have past work experience in Planning Policy.
-          Have worked on production of Planning Policy documents - specifically local plans.
-          (Not essential) May have specialist skills (they are flexible around where these may lie)
-          Be able to quickly assimilate into a team working environment and to be productive with minimal steer and guidance.
-          Have flexible thinking and approach.
