Planning Policy / Place Making Consultant

A Local Authority in London are currently recruiting for an Interim Planning Policy and Place Making Consultant for an initial period of 12 months. You will be working within the Planning Policy Team.

Role: Planning Policy and Place Making Consultant

Location: London

Rate: £50 per hour (DOE)

IR35: Outside IR35

Contract: 12 months

Job requirements:

• Experience with Planning Policy and / or Local Plans. 
• Community engagement 
• Project Planning
• Ideally a Place-Based background - would be advantageous but not essential
• Site/office visits will be up for negotiation
