Role: Planning Lawyer
Location: Yeovil
Hours: 9am-5.15pm – Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Job Type: Full time - permanent - Hybrid

You will:
- Ideally have 1+ years’ fee-earning experience in planning law
- Work on own initiative and handle own caseload
- Good quality work
- Dealing with private individuals and businesses, including property developers, Planning applications, Objections, Planning appeals, Pollution control, Development plan representations, Section 106 agreements, Tree preservation orders, Statutory and Private nuisance, Breach of condition notices, Enforcement notices, Environment prosecutions
