The team handle diverse planning instructions, focusing on contentious matters like appeals, inquiries, and judicial reviews. You will provide strategic advice, draft legal agreements, and ensure efficient case management.
Key Tasks:
- Provide comprehensive contentious planning advice
- Offer strategic guidance and draft legal agreements
- Manage workload efficiently to achieve objectives
- Ensure financial control and contribute to team training
- Stay updated on relevant case law and legislative changes
The successful candidate will ideally be at least 2 years' PQE, have some knowledge of Scottish environmental law and experience in litigation and planning inquiries.
