SalarySENIOR PLANNING SOLICITOR (37 hours per week)
£41,418 - £47,420 plus Market Forces Supplement of £4,095
We are seeking are seeking a full-time Planning Solicitor for our shared legal service. The focus will be on planning, including drafting S106 agreements, advising the 3 planning committees and where appropriate conducting public inquiries, general planning advice and advice on planning enforcement. The post holder will be based at our modern offices in Codsall travelling to our partners at Lichfield and Tamworth as and when needed.
The successful applicant will be admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and have experience in the above listed areas; some experience of another area of local government law would be desirable but is not essential.
