What will you do?
- Work as a solicitor or associate solicitor within this established planning team
- Advise on a varied caseload and assist with all aspects of Planning work to include:
- Planning permission
- Appeals
- Judicial review
- CIL
- s106 agreements
- Highways, public rights of way and environmental matters
- Get involved in business development activities with the team if you wish
What will you need?
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Up to 8 years planning law experience
- Ideally to be able to hit the ground running within planning law, although you will be fully supported
