SalaryNew vacancy exists for a Planning Solicitor to join one of our legal top 200 clients.
The firm are a leading national law firm who are exceptionally busy and enjoy a formidable local and national reputation. The department are well known for the high quality and high profile work they deal with.
Working alongside Legal 500 rated Partners, you will have experience of contentious planning work, such as Planning Inquiries/hearings and High Court challenges/Judicial Reviews, transactional work including Section 106 agreements, highways and other statutory agreements, and advising on planning and associated law for example Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment, or due diligence for property and corporate transactions.
