Your new role
As the Planning & Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing the entire product lifecycle from planning, scheduling, and purchasing to delivery. You will be instrumental in analysing and enhancing production systems, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end fulfilment process, optimising inventory levels and operational efficiency.
• Guarantee that site operations surpass customer expectations in delivery, distribution, and lead times.
• Develop production plans aligned with customer schedules and achieve weekly shipping targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance goals are met.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the planning and purchasing team, ensuring a steady supply of materials.
• Spearhead cost reduction initiatives and maintain robust supplier relationships.
• Implement strategies for dual-sourcing to maintain supply continuity.
