We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Featherstone who is looking for a temporary Planning/Service Administrator to join their busy, friendly Customer Service team - immediate start (there may be an opportunity to go permanent)
The hours of were are 7.00 a.m. - 7.p.m. - 4 days on then 4 days off (rota basis). There is some flexibility - 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. or 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
This rota does include weekends BUT you will be working from home during these times - hybrid working is available (depending upon when the working days fall).
If you have working experience of providing excellent customer service within a busy team environment. ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, organised with a "can do" attitude then this role might be just for you!
System training will be provided.
Main duties:-
-Point of contact for customers with reactive faults over the telephone/via the system/email mainly received from Local Authorities throughout the UK
-Allocating jobs to engineers all over the UK - assisting with the planning process
-Managing customer requests and taking ownership until completion, liaising with all necessary parties
-Overseeing the customer SLA
-Providing engineers and service delivery managers with up-to-date knowledge of re-occurring faults/problem sites
-Evaluate whether execution of activities by engineer has been performed well and to customer requirements
-Undertake additional admin duties, as required
Person Spec:-
-Experience in working in a similar role
-Excellent communication skills - verbally and written
-Ability to build good working relationships
-Ability to problem solve
-Ability to work on own and as part of a team
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word including Excel
-Pro-active with a "can do" attitude
-Able to cover the rota e.g. 4 days on 4 days off (including weekends)
-Immediately available
