Plant Director

Reporting to an international divisional lead, you have full P&L responsibility for a multi-customer, multi-product site employing 300 people and a senior team of 7.

You can expect to spend significant time:

• Assessing current activities, standards, projects and risks.
• Strengthening your senior team.
• Designing, prioritising and implementing a modernisation programme relating to world-class manufacturing practices.
• Managing the P&L, controlling costs, and implementing improvement projects.
• Working with HR to drive engagement, delivering well-executed communications to the workforce.
• Ensuring the right people, are in the right roles and that the correct resource levels are in place to deliver OTIFQ safely.
• Overseeing CAPEX programmes.
• Reporting performance to group functions.
• Controlling change and NPI programmes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to deliver business change. You will also need expert levels of competence in modern manufacturing/production systems.
