SalaryFortis IBA Ltd are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Plant Engineer to assume responsibility for the maintenance and repairs across two Fortis’ sites (Ardley IBA Processing Facility and Calvert IBA Processing Facility).
Reporting to the Unit Manager, your role will be to manage the preventative maintenance system, carry out planned, and reactive maintenance of the processing plants. You will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing our fixed processing equipment including conveyors, screen, and eddy current separators in order to reduce downtime and maximise efficiency while looking at continual improvement of the process. You also need to be confident with hydraulics, electrical repairs, welding & fabricating.
Skills required to fulfil the role include:
- Good technical knowledge
- Computer literate
- Clean driving licence
- Work under your own motivation
- Plan your own work load
