MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Plant Manager, to join a brand-new Anaerobic Digestion site near Market Rasen.
As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for leading the site through the commissioning phase and overseeing the day to day operations on site to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for:
- Day to day operations on site and daily management of operators
- Supporting the commissioning phase on site
- Leading and coaching an operations team to ensure high operational standards are maintained
- Managing site costs and budget
- Lead and project manage site improvement projects
- Analyse and calculate performance of plant and report to senior management
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proven experience managing a team in Anaerobic Digestion or a similar sector, team leaders or supervisors are also encouraged to apply
- A relevant engineering or technical qualification is advantageous (HNC/Diploma/Btec/NVQ Etc.)
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation is essential
- Familiar with operations in a fastmoving, process environment
- A full UK driving licence
