The Role:

The Plant Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the customers manufacturing plant, ensuring these projects are delivered within contracted timeframes and budgets to stated delivery quality standards

Area of Responsibility

• Lead and work with product and delivery teams to deliver workstreams.

• Lead brainstorming sessions and understand business requirements (functional & non-functional) and track that these are being delivered.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Lead, communicate and consult with external parties and internal stakeholders end-to-end on design, build, test, implementation, and handover to Service Delivery

• Manage project risks and issues.

• Project reporting as per agreed schedule

• Escalate issues/risks to the management team as required (timely, clearly, with options and/or recommended mitigations)

• Lead on project management activities to successfully plan, track, and deliver initiatives using tools such as MS Project, Planview and Jira including scrum calls/sprint planning.

• Resource planning and scheduling

• Provide updates to stakeholders on solutions, costs, and budgets.

Lead on Governance (Documentation, Gates) and sub-approvals SPADA, DMDA etc. Including proactively engaging with governance team and resolving actions/issues that are identified.

• Support and manage IT portfolio & project for Manufacturing plant.

• • Ensure IT deliverables are on schedule to support manufacturing team.

• • Perform Day-to-day project management activities like Plan, Change, Risk, Finance, Budget, resource, stakeholder, vendor management etc. .

• • Host daily stand-up calls, Steer co meetings and help resolve and report any impediments

• Manage & Lead Network Transformation Project for a critical manufacturing site. Lead successful network migration of more than 10 sites within expected timeline and budget.

• Usage of Agile & Waterfall project Management techniques as per requirement.

• Usage of tools like Microsoft Planner for day-to-day project management, usage of Kanban board, tracking, planning and prioritizing sprints.

• Initiate and help creating a business case, User stories for multiple application related infrastructure projects.

• Fit the project within the budget, capacity, and timelines to meet expectation of business case.

• Analyse risk and dependency of a project on existing applications and infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Knowledge / Experience

· Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel for project management

· end-to-end on design, build, test, implementation, and handover to Service Delivery

· Manage project risks and issues.

· Day-to-day project management activities like Plan, Change, Risk, Finance, Budget, resource, stakeholder, vendor management etc.

· Expertise Agile & Waterfall project Management techniques

· Manage & Lead Network Transformation Project for a critical manufacturing site

· Experienced senior manager having worked in rapidly changing, pressurised and diverse domains within Automotive and / or Manufacturing and IT Project / Programme Management

· Able to build project teams' capabilities through coaching and providing new challenges while considering skills, knowledge, experience, existing workloads and aspirations

· Disciplined and experienced in customer billing processes

· Should have excellent presentation skill
