My client are looking for a skilled and dedicated plasterers to join their dynamic team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of Plastering repair in void and tenanted properties.

Responsibilities:
To perform various plastering repairs and installations in tenanted and void properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as dot & dob, skimming, bonding, rendering and other plastering related tasks.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
The Job:
Start date: ASAP
Location: Covering South Tyneside region
Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday (Overtime available)
Duration: Temporary position running up to March 2024
Pay rate: £17.50- 18.50 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum plasterering experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools & transport
- CSCS card
- To go ahead with the job must have an asbestos awarness certificate or must be willing to carry out the online course for the certificate
