Hours: Monday- Friday

Salary: Negotiable Depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Plastic Welder/ Fabricator to join our business in Retford on a permanent basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications to fabricate high-quality products.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
• Adhere strictly to company safety regulations and guidelines.
• Construct products from box sections and sheets ranging from 3mm to 9mm in thickness, ensuring impeccable finishes.
• Inspect and test materials and structures prior to fabrication.
• Maintain and upkeep machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless products.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities and punctuality.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.
• MIG welding: 1 year (required)
• Fabrication: 1 year (required)
• Welding: 1 year (required)
