We are excited and looking forward to recruiting new Play Leaders at Hambrook. We have recently embarked on developing lunchtime play at Hambrook and are using the OPAL play scheme to support us (more details can be found here on the OPAL website).
As part of our OPAL project our Lunchtime Supervisors are now called Play Leaders. However, this is more than a name change! Our focus is now on supporting our children to engage in excellent play at lunchtimes. As a Play Leader you will still support the children with having their lunches e.g. wiping down tables, putting away tables and chairs etc. Alongside this, you will be encouraging and setting up fun and engaging play opportunities in our playground e.g. traditional games, mud kitchens, tree climbing and ice play!
If you are interested in joining our team we are interested in hearing from you!

Friday 11:40am-1:10pm
Please clearly state in your application the days you are available for work (these can be some of or all of the hours above).
The closing date for applications is Thursday, 21st March 2024.
The school is committed to safeguarding children and young people, and all staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment.
